2 months and still being resolved?

I continue to be threatened despite these relevant comms. Cell C aren't assisting in resolving this and just SMS me threatening to cut off the line rather than engaging on this issue. :

As promised, please find the proof of payment for the non-disputed amount attach.

I received a barrage of details over SMS and a threat to have my line cut.
I will be transferring over the balance shortly (less the international charges which I dispute, see below mail)

I must apparently pay 9227, so I will be paying 1768.55 which is the amount I don't dispute (7458.45)
