Why dont you stick to your word

I asked mobimoola for 500 mobi cassh and they said it will be available to me in the next 48hrs that was the 2 september 2013 and i foned again 9th and the 11th of september and have been told my claim is placed as urgent.

my question is why advertise or call people promoting your service and cant even back it up i will like you to look in to this either payments to be should be made or i want my money refunded to me
