Which part of Section 11 of CPA does Cell C now understand? Which part of the ECT Act? On Fri 30 Aug 2013 on HelloPeter, I requested "To avoid any further Cell-C confusion and administrative errors, please remove my number from any form of marketing etc" after automated calls at ~22h30 and ~02h30 from you!

Your own Sipho tried denying responsibility, not understanding the issue at hand nor taking the time to read up on the issue. At the time I mentioned both numbers at Cell C abused.

Later in your final response you assured me "Be assured that we are resolving this for you."

If I'm still receiving junk like "This could be your day! Register for the BigBucks promotion for a chance to WIN R2, 000 today. SMS 'WIN' ti 14700 (SMS free). Cell C." No opt out? What happened to my previous no marketing request? Then I received it on both my Cell C numbers?

My cell phone is a work tool!

If someone from Cell C wishes to call me regarding this, please make sure it is somebody senior in legal that can actually do something. If no response is received by end of business tomorrow, we are going the legal route under the terms of South African law, where you have continuously ignored my privacy
