Cant send sms for more than 2 YEARS

Hi,

Ok this issue has taken too long, I have complained countless times calling the centre and being transfered to specialists to attend to my query. My number stopped sending sms or mms a long time ago. This is such inconvinience and I don't know if it was a good idea moving to cell c as i havent received help till this day.

If no one can help me please let me know so that I can throw away this sim card.
