I telephonically reg for this service, I was told I will get charged if I use this service, now I am debited multiple of R7 in my account, I have never taken money nothing, I called the contact centre several no help even now they kept me holding untill the phone died... I am so upset with this substandard service... I also have statement from my account to prove that...
