BAD SERVICE

I have got a contract with Umoya Cellular I have 4 sim cards from them 3 8ta and 1 Cell c the sim cards just stopped working for no reason I reported it to them and sent the sim cards back to them again, they send me back 4 sim cards where only 2 of them is working, the Cell C sim has been out of order for a about 3 months and they only refund me with 1 months airtime. and till now I am being told to be patient
