SUSPICIOUS CALL

Hi

I got a call from the above mentioned company advising me that they are busy marketing their company, as a result I will be sent a booklet explaining who they are and what they do. The gentleman (Asemahle) had all my details i.e ID number, physical address, cellphone number and my full names and surname. What was strange is that he read all this info to me and just hung up afterwards without even saying goodbye. I work for a proffessional SA organistaion and I dont think this is a way to deal with Clients especially when you are working at the call centre. I just hope that the companies that we have accounts with could stop sharing our info with people like these as it irritates a person when you get a call like this.
