SUPPOSED LEADING CELLULAR NETWORK

I logged a call almost FIVE YEARS AGO due to the most absolute pathetic excuse for cellphone reception I have in my area. I was asked to supply 5 other users with the same issue which i did. I was advised over time that they are in the process of erecting a tower and till today I am Still waiting. The worst part is that I WORKED for them TWO AND HALF YEARS and one would think that would COUNT for somEthinG. I have a contract but cant even make use of the AIRTIME I AM PAYING FOR EVERY MONTH because of the PATHETIC SIGNAL! I have over a THOUSAND RAND AIRTIME but I Cant use it and could not cancel my contract either. I was forced to purchase a Cell C sim and prepaid airtime every month as a result. Its absolutely disgusting, a leading cellular network that cant deliver cellphone reception. They boast with these advertisements about their fantastic speed to lure people to join the network when they cant even deliver a single tower over a FIVE YEAR period or decent reception.
