Still been charged daily PLUS new USSD? debits

Again I saw my airtime balance suddenly decrease substantially after only sending a couple of sms's. On ones billing statement within the vodacom website one can only see the last 10 transactions so cannot say if there are more hidden charges which is quite possible however I do not know wat the first two dated today represent... a USSD Bearer Charge of R1, 80 at 13.51 and R1, 20 at 13.55. I have no clue wat this abnormal charge represents? I have never authorized any other charge other than talk time and the cost of text messaging. On that point I was under the impression that messages sent to Vodacom numbers are at a cheaper rate since we the same network however I notice I get charged a flat rate of 80cents across the board for any 1 section 160 char sms..
As at this time I am still waiting for a response to my previous query/complaint re the internet charges. Why am I not credited for these unauthorized deductions
Update today 27 Aug 2013 I note that every day I still get debited 0.99c for internet access but just as a exercise tried to access the vodacom live and still I get told error- try later and if I attempt to access other www address Im advised insufficient funds!
