Massive Account

My laptop was from my vehicle containing my autopage internet stick on 31 Jul-2013. I reported this to the police and failed to cancel my sim card in my memory stick unaware one could actually make calls from this sim.. I had my account for just more than four years where I paid a fixed rate of -R303 per month for my 1 Gig service and also cancelled my account with Autopage prior to the Laptop incident on 23 Jul-13 where they replied that the service will only be suspended on 14 Aug-13. I got a bill on 19 Aug-13 for a massive R 3699.12!! The guys that my laptop actually made calls form the sim.. I called Autopage explaining the events and very unsupported staff told me that it is solely my problem and for my account!!!
PS: O yah; and I am still awaiting my promised voucher for R600 when I upgraded my account in 2011!!!
Never do business with these guys!!
