Note 10.1 and network service I can barely use

I've had my Samsung Note 10.1 for almost 4months now, and in this time period, there are more times that I can't use it, than it actually connecting with the CellC Network.

When I've called the Call Centre on numerous times before, the service given was so bad, and the same solution given over and over. I've given up on actually trying to resolve the problem, as the people assisting me seems to be quite incompetent. I usually don't complain of service, but this is really deserving of it.

After a really bad start-off, of waiting two weeks just for my data pack to be enabled and registered, I was charged twice for activation fees, and after that still such bad and distasteful service.

I took the CellC contract, after advice that CellC's network has been revamped, and has no problems. Sadly, this is NOT THE CASE!

I'd stay clear of any CellC service in the future.
