I bought a router on contract and it is not connecting from where im staying and I reported this issue and was given a reference number 3072503056 and was told a technician will check my problem, they will get back to me, I waited for a week nothing happened and I phone to cancel the contract, the cancellation department told me they need to get the approval from networking department I phoned networking and they asked for my gps and found that im 1000 away from the network coverage and told me they will escalate the log to cancellation department, till now it been a month nothing has happened they keep putting me through cancellation and networking department, back and forward, back and forward, and I cant take this anymore, they keep giving me reference numbers, I have other 2 linked to my log 30805001243 and 308501663. Please help, I have to cancel this contract and im tired of their poor service.
