Not paying bills

Several e-mails were send to Mr Bernard. He doesn't want to reply on my e-mails and his sell is always unavailable. he owes me close to R 50 000.00 or electricity for 15 months. Only promises and excuses that his lady has left and they moved to a new computer system.
