My Telkom Business line went dead this morning and this is a worst case scenario for my business. I am a chiropractor and my land line and internet are vital. If they are down patients can't call in, I can potentially loose new clients and I can't submit bills to medical aids. Today we reported the fault at 11:10 and at 14:30 (just under 3 hours later) a telkom guy walked into my clinic. My receptionist and I just looked at each other and thought "Are we seeing this? Is this real? " The technician was very friendly and had the fault fixed in less than 30 min! Thank you very much Telkom. I really appreciate the great service I got today. Thank you.
