Cell C still provides bad cheap internet service

I have submitted a complain regarding bad Internet service in the past month on the 22nd of July.
Cell C contacted me and requested that I fill in some forms, which I have done. Various technicians contacted me and asked for my address and area of locality.

I am disappointed to report that absolutely nothing was done to rectify the problem. I am now convinced that their networks are overloaded as a result of cheap deals. My advise to any person in the market for a 3g contract. DO NOT USE CELL C. Yes they are affordable but sometimes the most affordable turns out to be the most expensive. I now have to turn to VODACOM as they can at least provide me with reliable data coverage. Cell C, please do not even bother to call me unless you have a solution!
