Not acceptable!

I had a sim swap done on monday after i lost my phone, it is wednesday at 15:46 and I still cannot use my phone, they said 2 to 24 hours, well its a lot longer and I use the phone for business and tried to explain this to several people there but they couldnt care less! I have called 6 times, been into the branch 3 times, and no one can tell me when I will be connected again! Autopage has just lost a customer of 16 years!
