Bad Vodacom Network

I would like to report the bad signal i have been experiencing with vodacom for the past few weeks, i can hardly make decent calls because if the poor sound quality let alone my emails and messages are delivered late if delivered at all, being blackberry user BIS is useless as its only available at certain times of the day, i can hardly connect to the internet after 5pm, connection is usually restored late @ night towards midnight and disappears again early in the morning, only to reappear sporadically during the day. this is really irritating considering that i was referred to the network as being one of the best in the country and have been using it for years now only to be disappointed. i suppose such service is a sign of chasing away subscribers from the network and its working, i'm strongly considering changing networks as this is of great inconvenience and cannot be tolerated.
