Incompetence and bad service is Telkom

Booked a date to move a line for business. This morning they confirmed will happen today. called now and the operator tells me there were never a booking made!! So no move and have to apply again.
Business out of adsl and telephone access.

And they say sorry for the inconvenience. Losing money for not having telephones and adsl to them is just an inconvenience.

That is why we moved as they were unable to fix adsl for us to do business.
