PORTRAYING COMPANY AS TELKOM WHEN CALLING

Calling from "my local telephone exchange company" is what the telesales person told me, but when questioned further by me was not calling from Telkom who is my local telephone exchange company. I am not interested in being called by companies who pretend that sales staff are calling from a company whose services I use and then it turns out they are not. Is this deceit or is it straight forward lying to try to get business. Shame on you Nxatel!
