I do not Agree

I also received the communication from Cell C that I will receive a 2gb cap on my BIS usage, this is not what was agreed upon the day I signed my contract. Cell C is in breach of Contract and I do NOT accept the new terms and conditions of the fair Usage policy. Am I thinking of changing service provider - Definitely.
