Lying about service

Today I got a new phone from a friend of mine and took my sim to Mtn in centurion to be cut smaller due to it not fitting in the new phone. One of my friends took there sim to the same shop and it was done, even a client who was waiting with me told me she had hers done there a week ago.
So I ask the lady at the counter what it would cost and how long it would take and her reply is to go to checkers and ask the Indian guy there.
So she about service just to get me out of there, how pathetic is that. I urge everyone to stay away from Mtn and rather go to Cell c or vodacom.
