Despicable Cellc!!

Placed an order for two new contracts with Cellc Direct. One phone has been delivered but not activated, with the wrong contract stipulated on the system (Blackberry 9320). The second phone has not arrived, it has been 30 days since order (LG Optimus L7 II). This is the worst service experienced in the 12 years with Cellc and as compared to other service providers, considering I have made multiple calls and escalated it to management without response. As you can imagine, this is frustrating and poor service on your part. Kindly sort this issue as a matter of priority...
