Vodacom
Do use Vodacom I will never again

I took my phone in for repairs (screen, Covers, and freezing and restarting). More than a week later I got it back qand they only did the screen. I struggle to use my phone because its worse then it was before. I emailed them and they dont want to replace it because I dont have a other phone. they have very bad attetudes. And dont want to help. I have tried everything. I have 2 contracts from them and i will do anything to get out of them (or out of vodacom) I have 3 other contracts by 2 other places and I am very happy with there service, Friendly and fast with no struggles. Vodacom is just friendly when you sign the docs. My S- Pen was also while my phone was in they dont even want to replace that.
