Cell C
No response after initial complaint

Its now been a month since i have been contacted by cell c because of poor reception I did initailly got a response after 24 hours but thereafter nothing...
Please someone help!
I do not have good reception where i live this after a technician was sent out... I cannot fit the cost of dropped calls and returned calls.
