Unsubscribed but being billed

This company has taken my airtime close to R100 in 8 days, I did not subscribe with them or any other mobile subscription.. i call Mtn and the told me that they the one's taking all my airtime, i was given a number to call 011 0621400 and its always ingaged..Mtn then sent an sms to them minites later i got an sms saying SUBSCRIPTION STOPPED
