Data not honoured on Call Max Unlimited

Our company purchased the Call Max Unlimited deal from Telkom Business (Lumia 920) and have had this contract since June and no data has been loaded. WE have visited the shop thrice now, called the helpdesk numerous times and been to two other Telkom locations; with no follow-up as promised. This is ridiculous - we are paying for a service and for the third month STILL NO data - will we receive the lost data / what is happening with this query? This is a business phone and you can only imagine how much time has been wasted, including loss of potential clients due to delay in response time and the frustration we are experiencing. I will NOT recommend this service provider to anyone in the future.
