Cell c dont work in illovo Sandton

Cell c sold me a new contract, ensuring me the phone and data will work in illovo Sandton, This is the heart of proper Sandton, two kilometers from Santon City. And guess no NO DATA network and hardly cell networ.k Not saying a lot for the national network? or on the road when you need to be incontact if in emergency

There is NO data at all, and the phone only work badly after hours, iaw it is totally useless to me.
as i indicated this has to serve as a house Phone .as i am equally tired of TELKOM .

The best is Cell C advised me to change manually to G2 data Vodacom .? i am pay for 3 G, is this their way to say Vodacom works and is better than Cell C .

I am now awaiting response, as i am being billed as usual Ref 307 290 1094
