This is absolutely ridiculous.

1) Deductions are made on my phone, not from my own knowledgeable use
2) I phone your helpline several times (about 6 times over a number of days)
a) first they tell me it is my data usage I should use less data - which I try to do, but the deductions still go through
b) then I phone again, they tell me that I have to disconnect some kind of GPS tracking system which has been enabled on my phone, which I do
c) then you tell me I am subscribed a service and you "unsubscribe" me. I contact this service provider indicating how absurd it is that deductions are made for a service I did not subscribe to. They indicate that I was never subscribed to their service, and that the source of deductions are elsewhere. I contact you to enquire about this, but I get NO response.
By this time, my account which is normally R600 per month has now run up to R1500 in the middle of the month!!! YOU SOFTBAR MY ACCOUNT, BUT MY OWN USAGE OF THE PHONE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BILL THAT IS BEING ACCUMULATED!!!

I ask you to investigate this. You don't.
