I have tried for over 5 months to have this problem sorted out and you have not been able to resolve this, without trying I might add. After numerous email to customer service, going into a CellC branch many times and taking my time to fill out a time consuming form explaining all this with not even a follow up email from yourselves!!!

I have so many ticket numbers and these replies as below to be honest just give me the absolute run around.

To once again stipulate the problem for the umpteenth time:

I am in a CBD area of Cape Town which according to your coverage is perfect 3G. My phone while displaying bars is at most times un-contactable, And when calling goes directly to voicemail without notifying me at all!!! other times it has no service displayed with the same consequences

I am a young business person in the process of setting up a business in South Africa and this is NOT the way in which I can run a business.

I would like this contract cancelled with immediate effect
