False advertising

Telkom Moblie took the the Telecommunications market by storm by offering customers a whopping 95c call rate per minute, whats even more exciting is that when you recharge to get 100% free airtime... Wow no other cell phone network could compare to that right!!! WRONG!!! I ported my CellC number to 8ta for this reason only to wonder why I need to recharge so often???... Turns out that 8ta charges 95cpm from your airtime and an additional 95c from your airtime... and they tell you its "free airtime" its like being charged twice for a loaf of bread, its a big joke and while I call the service center to investigate, I get told its R1.95 per min that I get charged. I get the whole "T&C's" apply but this is really "Pulling the Wool" consumers eyes and day light!!! in 95c per min is what gets customers through the doors when in actual fact they are signing up to pay one of the highest tariff rates... and what does 8ta have to say about this?...Im sorry mam that you were not given all the information, Maybe 8ta should advertise R1.95 per min so we have all the information and stop fooling customers!!!
