False sms

I got an sms today saying: mweb adsl: your order for [Email Removed] is complete. Please contact mweb on 0787000777 if you require assistance with account setup.

So I did... I held on for about 20min just to here my upgrade has not yet been done. So this probably means they will bill me at the end of the month for something I don't have yet.

Now my question is... Will it eventually be upgraded or must I call every day to check.

Would you be happy with this?

Maybe you are employing a bunch of monkeys to help us people who actually pay your salaries, try hiring people who can assist us properly and not waste our time and money.

You know how many people read these Hello Peter things before they make a purchase. Imagine how many customers mweb would have if there were only compliments instead of all the complaints I see
