UTTERLY DISGUSTED

I am Utterly disgusted by the attitude and lack of service I got from a lady that called me today at 08:38 on my cell number from this number: 0830110800, a few days ago I sent a request to MTN and when they did not acknowledge nor respond to my query yesterday I contacted their complaints division. This morning I got a call from a lady and she was so RUDE, my goodness if that the level of service MTN provides to their non VIP and owing customers, it's disgusting and very demining, I told her I was at the police station and asked her to call me back, before I could tell her in ten minutes she went on and on about her service Delivery and etc. the NERVE of that woman, she said I should move away from that place, I told her I couldn't as I was in the middle of something at the police station. I could not hear anything she said but she continued to go on and on explaining that there are no arrangements she can make with me to pay MTN and I can't avoid being listed on the credit bureau. She caught me at a bad time, the worst possible time, she doesn't even know why I was there and she tells me to move away...?
