Cell C - Pathetic service

I've lodged complaints. I've written a Hello Peter report. I've threatened to go to the consumer commissioner. I've threatened to go to Wendy Knowler. Nothing helps. Cell C collect money for services they do not deliver. I cannot use the tablet I have as I don't get signal at home. I donate R350 each month for a tablet that might as well be a paper weight. They promise feedback, they promise to call you back, they promise to get back to you within the hour, but it is all. Please do not port to them if you are a Vodacom or MTN subscriber, you will be sorry if you do. I think my next step is to try and get hold of Alan Knott Craig and ask him how he sleeps at night money from people as they cannot back up the claims they make in their add campaigns. I would like to cancel my contract due to poor signal and service delivery. You have had enough time to resolve my issues but seem unwilling or incapable of doing so.
