No Service / No stability / No emails

Your call center is useless. We call in to inform them about the fact that our emails are "sent" on our side but never reach their recipients. The only thing your call center operator could say is "we are aware of the problem as numerous complaints have come through but I don't know where to start to correct the problem." This is a company account, no orders can be placed, no quotes/invoices/statements/mails can be sent to customers/suppliers and all you do is shrug your shoulders? Pathetic! We have now established that emails from last week have never reached their recipients. Sort this problem out ASAP or we will be in our full right according to to the CPA to cancel our contract if you cannot render the service.
