R100.00 recharged uipin elec finished in a day

I recharged my pre-paid electricity with R100.00 of Saturday and i received a token as follows: AmntElec: 72.21, Chrg: 17.68, Vat: 10.11, U:51.60kWh, on Sunday Morning the electricity was finished and had to buy another token from Sasol for R100.00 and today is finished. The supply came and check the meter and inform us that there was nothing wrong with it. We only cook and bath once a day. Can someone advise, we do not know what are we being charged for vat and charges on prepaid that was bought cash. Are we being sabotaged by the supplier or the body corporate. Why do we only get 51.60kWh on a R100 token? and why this only last for a day? If the problem persist and the supplier does not want to solve it, do we take this matter up with national regulator? Soo traubled! Is it another way of attacked by these body corporate on us black in the camouflage of being made to pay high electricity bill on pre-paid via their pre-paid supply box?
