LAPTOP CONTRACT PAID OFF IN 2010-STILL OPEN ON ITC

My 24 months Laptop contract with Nashua ended and I paid off all amounts owing in December 2010.. I asked to have the account closed as well, and i moved to "prepaid"... *To date that INformation has not been updated on ITC*...

Last week I found out that "NASHUA still has my LAPTOP contract account - SHOWING AS OPEN ON ITC...
To make matters worse they have "inconsistant payments" showing... I was on debit order... MOREOVER, They even over charged me at some point and they had to pay me back AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS CLOSED... In FEBRUARY 2011...

THIS LACK OF PROFFESSIONALISM IS TO my detriement"...
Why can`t NASUA, hire people who can actually work??? I don`t see how, an account which has had no activity for the past 12 MONTHS.. Be said to be "OPENED AND OWING"!!!
