Incompetent and clueless

After my last complaint about no signal on my modem at home, i have had nothing but promises and a waste of my time. Nobody knows what the other is doing and i get regular calls from someone who promises me that the deal has been cancelled and my refund will be paid out shortly. The SAME story every time. WHERE is my refund? Most probably lost as i now receive a statement charging me another instalment. Can someone of authority, who KNOWS what he/she is doing, please call me and sort this matter out, as i am starting to lose my patience. I have another contract with Cell C and if this matter is not sorted out by month end, i will stop payment on the other contract as well, hoping you will send me a summons, Then we can sort it out in court. This my final demand.
