BLACK LISTED FOR PAID UP ACCOUNT

In 2009 my cellphone was in hospital After I have blocked the phone and sim I realized that someone is still using the phone. After reported it they apologized prefusely and we repeated the entire excercise of blocking etc. Needless to say it did not happened and I had to do it for the 3rd time. After a long despute the account was settled and the legal department sent me a letter on 14 October 2011 (almost 2 years later) confirming that the account is settled and that they have requested for my name to removed from the black list as this was done in mistake from the beginning. On 11 June 2013 I received a sms from an attorney company stating that I have been handed over for an overdue account at Cell C. I have sent them the letter I received from Cell C and I also contacted Cell C. They had the following to say: " O, it was a mistake" AGAIN I ASK!!! Up to date I have not received any correspondence apologizing nor confirming that my name is cleared from the black list. This is absolutely unacceptable and rediciluos.
