Bad service/ cant resolve any queries

Telkom made an error on their side to Black list me. They handed me over to Credit Worx. I email them proof that the account is paid up to date and I closed the account in December. I have been struggling since the 24.04.2013 with this issue, I dealt with the managress Shamiela that has a BIG attitude problem and a lack of listening skills. I also spoke to a manager Craig and their Operational manager that never got back to me. As per Graig advise me that he too busy to get back to me. Mandy Sewraj, the resolution consultant that I send the proof too just so hope less. Then on the 11.06.2013, I got an apology letter from Telkom and advise that my name will be cleared atleast 10 working days. I blacked listed, cant apply for a bond or vehicle finiance. Up to today, still Black listed and banks are declining my applications
