Just because we live in Judith's Paarl and Bez Valley we shouldn't be getting any less excellent service/ treatment from Telkom - clearly this is not the case as we are not Sandton. The majority of people that now live in my area are black, so once again the ruling party's parastatal's show their complete disgust for the people that voted them into popwer. Telkom makes me s i c k. Me any hundreds other in my area have been without a landline since 22 June 2013 - we now receive an SMS stating that the problem SHOULD be fixed by 16 July 2013 - that is nearly one month with no sevice. How come there are no other fixed line operators in SA - oh I know - the cronyism which exists in the new SA. Get your together Telkom. Stop spending millions on TV advertising which you can not possibly hope to live up to!
