ReProcessing of delivery of the S4 takes foreve

Hi There, I have upgraded my contract for the phone No. 0832909045 last week through MTNSP Website. Reference no. for that is 101701505. After 2 days, The Delivery Guy brought the phone S4 but took it back saying that my ID number is not updated with the MTN. Then he took the phone back. I realized that I have to update my Sa ID No. with MTN. I have updated MTN with my New SA ID immediately. now it is sorted but. I am calling MTN Direct to reprocess the delivery to me. Everythime I call, the call goes to Durban, they simply say you must call Johannesburg. I dont know how to do that. I have tried more than 5 times. They say that an email has sent to Sherika and some one will call me in 30 minutes. But no one bothered to call me. I wexed up calling again and again for Sherika. All appeared above the starts. not reachable. I really Pity myself and MTN Direct. I made a mistake - I should have gone to a store at first place. Please some one help in sending or reprocessing the delivery to me again. It has been a great day.
