Billing me for a cell number that I do not own

I recently took out a new contract at MTN. The first statement I received (end of June) invoiced me for two cellphone numbers (My one and a cell number that I do not own). The debit order has already came off my bank account, and I was told that it will take 21 days to fix? How's that possible? I need that cash urgently!
Can you help me? Thanks.
