No stock ever of anything

My contract is due for an upgrade. I saw in last months and this months flyer a promotion for the galaxy note II and the galaxy note tab. When I contacted the 808 number I was told that I have to drive from shop to shop to find out who has stock! Then I emailed [Email Removed] They where slightly more helpful and was able to tell me that nowhere in the Vaal area (Vereeniging, Vanderbijl), The Glen Service centre or Morningside was their stock of this bundle. This is now the Third week of the "No stock" excuse. What is the point of advertising something which is not available? Here are the email refernce numbers I have: #6746330
