8ta / Telkom Mobile

I am deeply unsatisfied with the actions of 8ta. I received a
message from them on the 18th of june stating the following:

Thank you for bringing your friends to the 8ta/Telkom Mobile
network. Your account has been credited with 1000 minutes to call
your 8ta/Telkom Mobile family and friends. Ts &Cs apply.

And without any notification took back my minutes at the end of
the month. when I phoned the call centre the said its unfortunately
because their buddy promotion had expired.
Has anybody else received such bad service. how can they give you something then take it back.

I am utterly disappointed
