HELP!!! IM NOT GONNA MAKE IT!

I UPGRADED MY ACCOUNT AND MY GALAXY S4 WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON MONDAY 24 JUNE. SINCE THEN, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MICRO SIM ACTIVATED FOR 10 DAYS. I HAVE SPEND 13 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER DURING THE PAST 10 DAYS. I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED AND TRANSFERRED AND TRANSFERRED EXPLAINING THE STORY TO AT LEAST 20 PEOPLE. I HAVE GONE FROM SHOUTING TO CRYING AND THEN SOME. BUT STILL I COULD NOT MANAGE TO GET CELL C TO ACTIVATE MY SIM. THIS WHILE I AM PAYING FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. THE TIME THAT I HAVE SPENT ON THIS IS COSTING ME MONEY. MY PHONE IS STILL NOT WORKING. PLEASE DO NOT EVER CONSIDER GETTING A CONTRACT WITH THESE GUYS, AND IF YOU DO HAVE ONE, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AS SOON AS IT EXPIRES.
