My design got selected for the Vodacom 4URage Festival Merchandise Compitition. These are their exact words and brief, I'm quoting " The image with the most like's will win the competition. Please share the images, far and wide to ensure a fair vote on the artwork and not on who is friends with the most people."

So I shared my image and it took off overseas since I have stayed in numerous different countries and know people all over. My design came into lead. Eventually on closing time I was almost 200 links in front of second place.

SECOND PLACE DESIGN WON. BECAUSE MY LIKES WAS NOT FROM SOUTH AFRICA.

Why then use social media to launch an event like this if you want it to be local. Also there was no brief from the start stating that all likes had to be South African.

People who like to be in the trade of unfair play must rather stick to their own peers and then not involve public as part of their schemes. Its sad to see that a big brand such as Vodacom would associate themselves with events like this.
