Still no prize money - shame

Good day

My name is Glenn cook with Cell phone no. 0766719140. I was a winner in the millionaires competition on 26 February 2013 matching 8 letters. On 12 March 2013 i contacted Mary with all the necessary documentation.

I have after almost 4 months still received no prize money. I want to get a legal opinion as I have proof that i have won and that up to today I have just had Mary making excuses.
