IS MY BUSSINESS A PRIORITY???

I am an existing Nashua mobile client. They are currently running a special where you get the Samsung pocked and a free 32"LED Samsung tv. Limited stock. I went to the Sandown branch in the Nedbank building. The guy who helped me, doesn't look like he has a clue what he is doing. He then said that I need to provide copy of my id and payslip. He left the application incomplete until I provide the documentation. I have gone and got the required doc's and in 30min I was back at Nashua. He was currently busy with another client, so they took my doc's and said they will give it to him and he will contact me. 2 Hours past and I haven't heard anything so I went back to the store and he looked at me, smiled and said he still never completed the application. If this is how they treat exiting clients, how do they treat new ones as clearly my application is not a priority for this branch. This is limited stock and I really want this special. Please can someone who actually knows how the system works, contact me?
