Id just like to highlight the great service I received from a call centre agent (Phumele Nhlapo) on 28/06/2013.
She was friendly, assertive, well informed and very professional. When a customer is in a jam, it really helps calm the nerves to hear a friendly voice thats willing to help and even go the extra mile. Keep up the good work Phumele!
