Ad service and empty promises

Yesterday I called through your call centre and I was told funds will be deposited in my accounts within 24 hours up until now I haven't received anything, I have called your call centre 5 times already today and adding the time I have had to wait it should add up to 1 hour, I have also email your customer service, but I haven't received any response, your service is bad, even if your slogan says fastest loan provider but your service is super slow
